Participant agreement
Who this is between
This agreement is between you and InFlight Software, Inc. ("Inflight"), 11 W 25th St, Floor 7, New York, NY 10010, USA. You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to join the panel.
Independent participation
You take part in studies as an independent participant, not as an employee or contractor. You choose which studies to accept, when to do them, and you can stop at any time. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, and no study is guaranteed. Applying is free and unpaid, and an application does not promise that you will be invited to any study.
One account, your own
Keep one account, in your own name, on devices you control. Do not share, sell or automate it. Give truthful answers in your profile and in studies; honest confusion, mistakes and giving up are all fine and expected.
Holds, suspension and appeals
If we suspect a duplicate account, automation or payment fraud, we may hold earnings or suspend the account while two named Inflight reviewers look at the evidence. You can appeal any decision by email and we will tell you the outcome and the reason family. Support staff cannot approve accounts or lift fraud holds on their own.
Changes and ending
We version this agreement and ask you to accept any material change before it applies to you. You can close your account at any time; earned balances above the minimum are still paid out, and your data is handled as the privacy notice describes.
